Neal – England (1978 – 1979) [Red Away]

You cannot beat Admiral shirts from the 1970's and this is one of the best of the lot. This is the England away shirt, which was the special airtex version that they sometimes used. England wore many different materials, from this, to a thicker cotton, to a polyester version. We were lucky to have such good designed shirts in the 70's and in my opinion, it has only been very recently that anyone has got anywhere near close to the designs of yesterday. I believe the current designs by Umbro of Manchester City both home and away take us back to the 70's.
